Week 9 — Planning and Gathering Requirements

This week will be a short week, but it’s an important one.

Before a programmer writes the first line of code, they should sit down and think about what they’re doing first.  They should think about the features they want to include in their application.  They should determine what needs the application should fill.  They should weigh considerations such as scalability, ease-of-use, and extensibility.

This week, we’ll take what we’ve learned so far, think about it, and create a requiremetns document for our next major project.
